Delivery Times

For shipments between Islands, the delivery time is a maximum of 72 hours. In Finca Canarias Aloe Vera we have a daily delivery service from Monday to Friday in the islands of Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura.

For shipments to the Peninsula , Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

For shipments to Europe, delivery times may vary between 7 to 8 business days.

For shipments outside Europe, please consult possibilities, transport price and transit time via email to cs@fincacanarias.es.

In case of  a new item or an item that is out of stock, we will deliver it as soon as possible after its arrival at our warehouses.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make your refund within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date you receive  the order, according to art.44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 on retail commerce, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19. For this, it is essential that the product has not been used, has its original package and is in perfect condition.

To make your refund, write an email to the following email address: cs@fincacanarias.es  The responsible department will receive your request and will indicate the instructions to follow for the payment of shipping costs of the product to be returned, or for the exchange for another product you would like.

In the case of receiving a defective product, damaged or in poor condition, you can request its replacement through email cs@fincacanarias.es, indicating the order number in the subject and attaching photographs of the product in question.

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, we will proceed to send a new product at no additional cost to the customer.
